The criteria used to evaluate companies included topics such as challenging and meaningful work, talent attraction and retention, leadership and culture, career advancement and development, compensationand work/life benefits.
Information was gathered through assessments and employee surveys – this data was compared with the other applicant companies, determining the top workplaces.
NorthCoast 99 annually recognises 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.
