MicroCare, a specialist in specialty chemicals and critical cleaning products, has been named a Best Place to Work in Connecticut for 2023.
The annual award, which is given by the Hartford Business Journal, recognises companies that have created a good workplace environment for their employees.
The Best Place to Work in Connecticut Award is determined through a two-part process that evaluates company policies, practices, demographics, and a survey completed by employees. The combined score determines the top companies in the state.
