Nano Dimension, a supplier of Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME) and multi-dimensional polymer, metal & ceramic Additive Manufacturing (AM) 3D printing solutions, has announced that it will present its flagship manufacturing systems, application samples and materials from its AM and micro-additive manufacturing (Micro-AM) portfolio and at this year’s TCT3Sixty exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham on 5th – 6th June.

Taking centre stage on its stand (Hall 1, F40) will be industrial-level micro-AM technology from the Company’s innovative Fabrica Giga suite, which, by capturing the most intricate details of any design, exemplifies Nano Dimension’s proposition for a vast array of polymer-based applications that require micron level precision. These include the fast and cost-effective production of miniature and complex electronics parts and connectors; moulds; and mechanical parts for R&D and prototyping in sectors that include medical, as well as serial manufacturing applications.
For TCT3Sixty visitors keen to hear more about the latest technology developments for high-volume ceramic and metal 3D printing, Nano Dimension will showcase the advanced attributes of its Admatec series for R&D and industrial serial production. With a large build volume and the unique capability to 3D print both advanced complex ceramics and metal geometries as well as multi-material on one machine, the company’s Admaflex 300 3D printer will demonstrate its proven ability to undertake demanding projects, including mass-production of silica shells and cores for high precision casting.
Also on display will be examples of Micro-AM polymer jobs from customers who are currently deploying Nano Dimension’s technology for a diverse range of needs, among them medical (microfluidic chips), micro-moulding and optics. Alongside, will be ceramic applications that underscore unique features such as the increased functionality of filters.
