Phillips-Medisize to discuss smart health at Medtec Europe

Phillips-Medisize is exhibiting at Medtec Europe to discuss smart health and technology innovations.

The company’s third generation Connected Health platform is used to manage medical data for connected medical devices.

Phillips-Medisize it adapting to the changing medical industry which is now developing a need for digitisation and smart solutions.

Staff from Phillips-Medisize will be onsite to demonstrate integrated development and scale-up of devices with connected devices, low cost connectivity modules and mobile app development services, such as SaMD registration.

Visitors to the company’s stand (#C1036) will be able to see how to develop next generation connected medical devices.

Last year the group announced its initial investment to expand the capabilities of its 380,000 square foot Molex Little Rock facility to include an FDA registered manufacturing Center of Excellence for Connected Health and drug delivery devices.

This facility establishes a new manufacturing site in Little Rock, Arkansas for Phillips-Medisize’s medical business with capabilities for filling, drug handling, electronics and connected devices.
