Phillips-Medisize receives Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award

Phillips-Medisize Corporation announced on April 29, 2015 that two of its facilities: the Design and Development Center in Hudson, Wisconsin; and its Menomonie, Wisconsin Medical Plant, are winners of the 2014 Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award.

Matt Jennings, Chairman and CEO, said, “We are extremely proud of our safety and health accomplishments and more importantly of our people. Our focus on the behaviors that drive safety also helps drive improved product quality. This award substantiates the efforts of our outstanding people and the continuous improvement methods we have put in place. Of the 80 companies that were selected as qualified finalists for this award – by an independent panel of 33 safety, health, and human resource professionals – 14 companies received this prestigious award. Representatives from Phillips-Medisize were present at the 73rd annual Annual Wisconsin Safety and Health Conference on April 21-22 in Wisconsin Dells, WI to accept these awards.
