With the increased global demand for PPE eyewear, Bollé Safety’s new e-commerce platform will allow for smaller orders from individuals and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to ensure wider availability of the company’s best in class PPE eyewear. The platform will offer a self-service payment approach for low volume sales with an emphasis on streamlined customer experience. Large orders and inquiries will continue to be redirected to Bollé Safety’s existing distribution network to process and fulfil.

Peter Smith, CEO of Bollé Brands Group and President of Bollé Safety said: “This new website is a huge step forward for Bollé Safety as we have a broader opportunity to make PPE eyewear more accessible to those who need it. Although nothing will change when it comes to our traditional distribution channels, the new website will complement our existing digital approach, helping better connect small businesses and individuals with the latest in protective equipment for a diverse set of uses and requirements.”

Damien Hars, Global Digital Director at Bollé Brands said: "The new website will allow us to better explain the benefit of our technologies, for industrial, medical or tactical use, thanks to a user-friendly navigation and intuitive and interactive content.”

The new D2C approach will see the use of 3D animation, social media integration, a simple checkout process and the possibility to ship products quickly and conveniently. The new site will be initially launched in UK and France this summer and will be fully deployed globally by the end of January 2022.
