Bollé Safety launches PPE accessory for cleanroom professionals

The European Union's GMP Annex 1 regulations, which notably define PPE requirements and the use of sterilised eye protection for the manufacture of sterile medicinal products, have recently undergone major revisions since they were first published in 2007. To meet these new requirements, Bollé Safety, an international specialist in PPE eye protection, announces the launch of its multi-purpose accessory: Elite Cover. 

These updates, which took effect this week, on 23rd August 2023, emphasise the use of sterilised eye protection to ensure operator safety and maintain reduced contamination levels. Bollé Safety points out that the use of indirectly ventilated goggles offers better protection against contaminants, reducing particle emissions in the cleanrooms faced by professionals.
