Peerless Plastics & Coatings launch new polycarbonate sheet range

Peerless Plastics & Coatings has launched a new range of hard-coated, protected, polycarbonate sheets suitable for a variety of industries and uses. 

The company has branded these new coatings under the PolyGuard title, and they currently include: PolyGuard Anti-Fog, PolyGuard Anti-Glare, PolyGuard Anti-Static and PolyGuard Hard, with more coatings in the pipeline.

PolyGuard Anti-Fog can be used for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face visors, goggles and on clear plastic masks, while PolyGuard Anti-Static is applicable for cleanroom installations.

PolyGuard is an optically clear hard coated sheet that has been designed to give enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance to Polycarbonate and grant exceptional hard-wearing protection (amongst other benefits dependent on each coating). Glass-like in its appearance, the material maintains the many benefits of Polycarbonate but aims to offer superior surface performance.

PolyGuard is a 3050mm x 2050mm hard coated polycarbonate sheet available in 1mm – 12mm thickness as standard.
