The exhibit kicks off with Cobots effortlessly packing plastic containers into boxes. Transportation with mobile AGV robot
Once the box is filled, enter Proco’s mobile AGV robot. This sleek and agile robot seamlessly navigates the exhibit space, effortlessly transporting the full box to the next stage of the process. Its mobility and autonomy make it an ideal solution for optimising material handling tasks in dynamic manufacturing environments.
Unpacking and conveyor integration
At the heart of the demonstration lies the second Cobot, tasked with the efficient unpacking of plastic containers from the boxes. With precision and speed, this Proco Cobot swiftly empties each box, placing the containers back onto the conveyor belt for further processing. Its ability to handle delicate tasks with ease highlights the versatility and reliability of Cobot automation in manufacturing.
Closed-loop system: efficiency redefined
The booth also features a closed-loop system that ensures continuous operation and maximises efficiency. Once the box is unpacked, the mobile AGV robot seamlessly retrieves the empty box and places it back onto the infeed end of the box packing conveyor, ready to be filled once again. This closed-loop process eliminates downtime and optimises workflow, showcasing the transformative power of automation in manufacturing.
