Proco Machinery launches collaborative robot palletising system at NPE 2024

Proco Machinery, a manufacturer of automation systems, will launch its new collaborative robot (Cobot) palletising system for plastic bottles at NPE 2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Proco’s Cobot system will be showcased during live demonstrations at its booth #S15097.

The new palletising system improves efficiency by automating the palletising of trays and tier sheets up to 104-in high and reduces the need for manual labour, which translates into lower manufacturing costs and higher profitability. The flexibility of the Cobot system allows it to be easily configured into a case packer, thus permitting seamless integration into existing production lines which minimises disruptions and downtime during implementation. Combining the palletising and case packing processes also optimises warehouse space utilisation. 

The Proco Cobot system can palletise up to 104 inches and adapts to case packing, which "exceeds" the range and capacity of other similar systems. The system offers manufacturers a more efficient and cost-effective solution that enhances the overall performance of their operation.
