TCT back for 20th show as 3D printing booms in healthcare

TCT Show will be back for its 20th edition in 2015. As 3D printing continues to revolutionise healthcare, the show’s organisers have dubbed it the “launch pad for groundbreaking innovations"

The growth in awareness of tools such as 3D printing and 3D scanning — and their place in product development, engineering and manufacturing — is allowing new sectors, including healthcare, to develop disruptive business models and processes with the technologies that have been central to TCT for two decades.

TCT represents the whole ecosystem of tools for designing and making across product development, engineering and true manufacturing applications. The array of 50 different 3D printing and additive manufacturing machines on show in 2014 shared the hall with a wide ranging display of software, reverse engineering, moulding and machining technologies, as well as service providers that cover every aspect of the development cycle.

Alongside this exciting show floor TCT annually delivers a programme of internationally renowned c-level executives, evangelists, commentators, analysts and super users who take to the main stage to entertain, inspire and educate.

For 2015 the conference programme will celebrate the last two decades while setting the scene for the next two, bringing together the most influential figures from across the spectrum to tell their stories and explain their vision of the way we will make things in the future.
