Specialty Coating Systems announces free seminars
Parylene coating services and technology specialist, Specialty Coating Systems (SCS), announces plans to host three half-day seminars on the topic of parylene coatings and the potential protection they can offer.
These seminars will be hosted free of charge for attendees.
The same seminar will be offered across three different dates and locations including:
- October 14th, 2019 in Pilsen, Czech Republic
- October 16th, 2019 in Dortmund, Germany
- October 17th, 2019 in Weingarten, Germany
Attendees will be given the chance to learn about multiple aspects of parylenes such as moisture barrier properties, thermal capabilities and the biostability and biocompatibility for medical implants.
Additionally, each seminar will aim to be interactive and encourage discussions on the most common surface modification challenges facing multiple industries. SCS will also present their new halogen-free variant, ParyFree.
Parylenes use across multiple industries and applications such as medical (coronary stents, pacemakers, electrosurgical tools etc.), industrial electronics, avionics electronics, transportation electronics, and consumer electronics will be highlighted at the event.
Registration for the event closes on October 7th and is recommended as seating is limited.
