Phillips-Medisize closes on Injectronics acquisition

Phillips-Medisize has declared completion of its acquisition of Injectronics Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition expands Phillips-Medisize’s footprint, providing purpose-built facilities in the Northeastern United States, a global center of biopharmaceutical and medical device innovation, and opportunities for continued growth in these areas.
