New position at Listgrove

Listgrove are looking for an individual who can develop their client’s drug technologies into a range of products.

The ideal candidate must be able to support business development and IP generation through product development activities, along with the ability to support implementation of pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements within the product development process.

Ideally applicants for this role would have ‘hands on’ mechanical experience along with experience in injection moulded component design, the medical device arena, test development, dealing with suppliers and customers to a technical level, working within a regulated environment, strong user skills with Pro Eng CAD and versed in tools and techniques (FEA, FMEA, tolerance analysis etc).

Experienced man management skills, track record of mechanism design and experience of a start up environment would also be an advantage.

Listgrove would also like someone who is self-motivated, a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, open, honest, creative, thrives in an open and less structured environment and also the willingness to travel.
