Nelipak Healthcare Packaging on YouTube

Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, provider of custom thermoformed medical device and pharmaceutical packaging, has launch a dedicated YouTube channel.

Elizabeth Nugent, global director of quality and regulatory affairs, announced the launch of the Nelipak Healthcare YouTube channel with the introduction of a series of eight video shorts on process validation.

In the series, Nugent outlines the main elements required in a process validation program such as master validation plan, IQ / OQ / PQ, design of experiments and master validation report.

In each of the segments Nugent describes the activity to be carried out, its importance to the overall process and the results. This informational series of videos aims to take away the myth behind process validation by explaining the need for the process and benefits to the customer.

Nugent outlines how validation gives the customer a greater confidence in the quality management system and the overall manufacturing environment. She highlights how product quality in the context of process validation means that product performance is consistent from batch-to-batch and unit-to-unit delivering consistent quality and service to customers. This video series forms part of the company’s process validation service on offer across all of the groups manufacturing locations.
