Medtech China 2016 to focus on medical device design and tech

In its first year the 'Made in China 2025' ten-year national plan entered a phase of strategic development according to UBM

Innovation is the driving force of medical device industry development, while R&D capability is an important foundation for enhancing industry development the company said.

 In 2016 Medtec China will focus on the medical device design and technology sector through Medtec China South, on 16-17 March, at Shenzhen Great China International Square and Medtec China on 26-28 October, at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.

The 2016 edition of Medtec China South has gathered exhibitors and suppliers who will showcase their latest technologies and innovative solutions such as medical grade raw materials, plastics, rubber, tubing, extrusion machinery, electric/electronic components, connectors, packaging, metallic materials, engineered medical components, laser technologies and automation.

The list of exhibitors includes Zeus, Prent, Oliver-Tolas, Mikron, Globtek, Lemo Electronics, Teleflex, Microspec, Jointmed Solution, Branson, Zhuhai Rinco, and Suzhou Baolaicheng.

In addition to regulation and quality management, start-ups and investment will also be topics highlighted at Medtec China South 2016 according to UBM.
