BlackHagen strengthens human factors division

BlackHägen has announced the addition of two new Human Factors Engineers to the team, Jeff Morang and Mudi Geng.  

Morang has an MS from San Jose State University and over 18 years of experience applying usability engineering to design research, product design, usability testing, and risk management processes. In addition to being an active member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, he is on the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation HFE committee, a contributing author to ANSI/AAMI HE75 and the book "Applied Human Factors in Medical Device Design".  

Geng has an MS in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa. He also has a certificate for Human Factors in Medical Devices and Systems from Tufts University. His experience ranges from UX research to usability testing.
