ADDEV Materials acquires PARAFIX

ADDEV Materials, has recently acquired Parafix, a company with 50 years’ experience in converting tapes and flexibles materials.

Operating within a range of industries and applications, Parafix has built relationships with adhesive suppliers such as 3M (both industrial and healthcare divisions), Rogers, Porex and Pregis.

This new partnership reinforces the core business of ADDEV Materials and will help to strengthen a strong position for the Group, particularly in the healthcare industry. Offering customers access to a range of medical grade materials, Parafix is indeed ISO 13485 (medical devices) and FDA certified and has ISO Class 7 Clean Room capability. 

Parafix also provides added value on materials from design conception through to full production.
