Cleaning up: major new cleanroom for Union Plastic
Union Plastic, located in Saint Didier in Velay, France, a designer and manufacturer of plastic medical parts, announces the opening of a new 50 m2 ISO7 cleanroom.
This new cleanroom forms part of the firm’s factory dedicated to the diagnosis, medical and pharmaceutical markets.
It will integrate the production of five and 10 ml Luer lock injectable syringes and consumables for immuno diagnosis.
Union Plastic qualifies and manages all of its manufacturing environments (ISO7, ISO8 and ISO9 classes).
With this new equipment, Union Plastic says it is able to continue manufacturing in a controlled environment with more than 1.5 billion parts produced each year worldwide.
