KraussMaffei: An update

Manufacturer KraussMaffei has released a statement regarding the company’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

In order to protect both customers and employees, the German locations in Munich, Treuchtlingen, Hanover and Schwaig, as well as the Slovakian location in Sucany, will be temporarily closed for weeks 14, 15 and probably 16. The Netstal plant in Näfels will remain open and is excluded from closure during this period.

Whilst the plants are closed, production, assembly and delivery of the completed machines will be stopped. A sales manager from the organisation will contact anyone affected with more detailed information on any potential consequences caused by this delay.

It is important to note, however, that all known contact persons are still available, spare parts delivery is guaranteed, the retrofit area is accessible, and functions such as project planning and sales support are still available to you from the home office.
