Greiner Packaging presents enhanced services at Pharmapack

Manufacturers of plastic packaging, Greiner Packaging, is to present its enhanced services during this year’s Pharmapack show.

Since May 2016, the company’s site in Rastatt has been converted into a centre of competence for the healthcare industry. The site has been specifically oriented toward this discerning market through personnel, organisational and technological changes.

The company will be showcasing its packaging solutions created using extrusion blow molding, multibarrier packaging, and PET bottle solutions — also in combination with the innovative Kavoblow technology (a further development of the injection stretch blow molding).

Moreover, customers can select from a healthcare standard programme for infusion bottles and PET bottles. The Rastatt site is ISO 9001 and ISO 50001-certified and has a cleanroom class 8.

“We also want to show at the fair that we can ensure the purity and consistency of the filled contents using tested technologies,” says Stefan Rohr, general manager of Greiner Packaging in Rastatt.
