The Polymer Sourcing & Distribution 2016 conference will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Hamburg, Germany from 9-11 May 2016 and be hosted by AMI

The Polymer Sourcing & Distribution conference will provide participants an opportunity to review recent trends in sourcing options for both commodity and engineering resin grades and the implications for their business according to AMI.

At the conference there will be papers that review individual resin market trends; assess the supply, distribution and logistical opportunities in emerging markets of Africa, Turkey and Eastern Europe, consider the latest developments in supply chain management and its optimisation and review the impact of the slowing global growth.

Senior Research Analyst Karla Vittova from AMI will open the conference with a presentation on ‘Polymer distributors-the buffer in times of supply/demand volatility’.

The line-up for the conference also includes speakers from Borealis, Covestro, Fournier, Interbulk and Innovia Films.
