Event: European MedTech Strategy Forum

The European Medical Technology Strategy Forum is taking place on 3 March at Sofitel London Heathrow, UK

Event organisers, Simon-Kucher and Partners said that to address new sector challenges, successful medtech companies will have to take a new, active and holistic approach to multi-channel management.

They will have to do this by increasing the effectiveness of existing channels, taking advantage of new emerging ones and systematically managing channel interdependencies, according to the company.

In light of this, the European MedTech Strategy Forum will hold presentations on sector trends and challenges, setting up the right channel strategy, managing middlemen effectively and engaging with public procurement successfully

Ulrik Berthelsen, general manager, Coloplast UK and Ireland, will also give the keynote speech at the event on how effective channel management works in practice.
