Epson Robots expands technical support in Midwestern United States

Robot manufacturer, Epson Robots, has announced it is expanding its relationship with Air Automation Engineering (AAE), a specialist automation solutions provider, in order to increase technical support in Midwestern United States.

The partnership aims to establish AAE as an official Authorised Epson Service Centre. AAE will expand beyond selling Epson Robots, automation products and integrated solutions to include maintenance and repair of the broad installed base of Epson robots. As a result this will help to ensure fast repair turnaround times throughout the Upper Midwest.

All Epson Robots automation products are included within the partnership with AAE, including the full range of both SCARA and 6-axis robots, as well as integrated solutions. AAE has helped Epson Robots introduce robot-based automation solutions throughout the Upper Midwest, including Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
