Companies team up for medical devices scheme

Infor and The Copley Consulting Group have announced a scheme aimed at the the medical device industry

Infor CloudSuite Industrial for medical devices aims to address the needs of the medical device industry.

The scheme addresses regulatory compliance, operational validation scripts, integrated electronic recordkeeping, goods manufacturing process quality standards, and an implementation accelerator.

With the system users can track the movement of materials and parts from receipt to shipping.

They can also trace lots and serial numbers in the event of recalls, record the history of devices leading to product improvements and track customer complaints and help desk interactions.
