Chinaplas 2020 postponed as a result of coronavirus epidemic

Adsale Exhibition Services, the show organiser, has announced the event which was scheduled to be held in Shanghai in April this year will be postponed.

The statement issued by the show organiser explains the reasons for the decision: “In order to control the novel coronavirus epidemic in China and in accordance with the instructions issued by the Shanghai city government to stop all large-scale activities, please be informed that Chinaplas 2020, the 34th international exhibition on plastics and rubber industries, scheduled to be held on 21st-24th April 2020 at National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai will be postponed.”

Adsale apologises for any inconvenience caused as a result of this announcement but states that the decision was unavoidable as “health and safety of all show participants are our top priority therefore we have to make this decision.”

With regards to when the show will be postponed to, attendees are advised that Adsale are closely monitoring the situation and will provide information when they can.

The statement concludes: “Thank you very much for your kind understanding and continual support.”
