Axial3D partners with Corazon

Medical 3D printing firm, Axial3D, has partnered with Corazon, a specialist in program development for the heart and vascular, neuroscience, spine, and orthopaedic service lines.

Corazon is able to provide strategic, clinical, operational, market, and financial expertise in order to develop a specialty program, regardless of existing scope of services.

The companies believe that this new partnership will help to bring increased value to hundreds of customers across the world. By combining Corazon’s healthcare expertise with Axial3D’s medical printing platform, customers will be able to access expert support when implementing 3D modeling programs into their services.

The timing of this news could prove particularly beneficial, as many hospitals are currently beginning to restart surgical services and cope with the backlog caused as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. 3D printed models are a transformative tool for any hospital working to restart its surgical services, and Corazon can help to realise the value of these savings at a hospital scale by building their use into new standard of care protocols.

In a letter from Axial3D detailing the news, Rob Fisher, global vice president of business development, concluded: “We look forward to working with our friends at Corazon to provide you with the best possible service in delivering a 3D printing program that works for you.”
