Acquisition of Sil-Pro Machining Solutions finalised

Sil-Pro is to take sole ownership of Sil-Pro Machining Solutions (Machining Solutions), formerly MMI Precision

The acquisition will expand on Sil-Pro’s current value added manufacturing and full device manufacturing capabilities and enable Sil-Pro’s in-house machining department to offer custom machined parts for the medical industry

Kevin Carver, president of Sil-Pro, said: “Machining Solutions is a great fit for Sil-Pro.
