7 things to see at Medtec China

With Medtec China 2017 taking place in just a couple of weeks, the organisers of the medical device design and manufacturing event have released a list of highlights that visitors can expect to see at the show.

Six zones & 21 exhibit categories

Attendees to the show this year can expect comprehensive coverage of the R&D and manufacturing chain for medical devices. Six zones will cover numerous sectors which includes materials, components, tubing and extrusion, moulding services, cleanrooms, contract manufacturing and more.

German pavilion debuts  

Medtech China will also feature for the first time a German pavilion where visitors can see various exhibits from the German manufacturers. Much like the Singaporean and Taiwanese pavilions which will be present, attendees can see what technologies are on offer and can gain product design inspiration from various exhibitors.

The Brand Show Zone

The new Brand Show zone will feature exhibitors such as Wacker Chemicals, Microdia Asia Pacific, Mascot Power Supplies and Gemalto to display medical silicone rubber, extrude head, medical power charger and Software representatively to help enhance the efficiency of One-Stop purchasing.

Medical Innovation Zone

Showing up at the Innovation zone are Fudan University, Guangzhou medical university, Southeast University and Huazhong University who will display their products and research, promoting the ability of independent R&D and industry development in China.

Business matching system

Medtec China also features a business matching system to help customise attendee’s and exhibitor’s experiences. The screens exhibitors and professional visitors in order to provide a professional and efficient business invitation platform for both parties, which ensures a high exhibitors' and visitors' participation rate of return.

Plenary keynotes joining the MDiT Forum and Regulation Summit 2017

The MDit Forum and Regulation Summit will cover the themes of regulations, quality and technology and will see 30 experts talking about the latest domestic and international regulatory changes.

Quality control

This year Medtec continues to join hands with ASQ to organise the "Quality Control and Management in Manufacturing" in order to offer strategies to RA/QA/QC engineers on how to respond to the rapid development and requirements of quality control systems.
