3D Medical Manufacturing expands operations in South Florida

Medical device company  3D Medical Manufacturing is expanding its operations in South Florida to help incentivise job-growth.

The company has agreed to Continue its operations in Palm Beach County and will formalise a job-growth incentive deal with county commissioners.

3D Medical Manufacturing pledged to maintain 355 existing jobs and to create 178 jobs over five years with average salaries of $53,484. The company will also invest $11.9 million in new equipment and expanded headquarters in Riviera Beach.

If the company meets these goals it will receive $890,000 under the Qualified Target Industry programme, with $89,000 from the county, $89,000 from the city and the rest from the state.
