Trelleborg Medical Solutions announces nine executive board members to lead the business area: Kate Bartelli, Luiz Cortez, Daniel Diffenderfer, Kevin Ehlert, Jess Gritz, Yonatan Necoechea, Ricardo Oliveira, KJ Tan, and Giovanni Tricarico.

- Bartelli is the vice president of quality & regulatory and has been with Trelleborg since 2020. Previously, she worked at Cirtec Medical and Boston Scientific. Bartelli has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
- Cortez is the biopharma solutions business unit president and joined Trelleborg in 2019. He previously worked for Raytheon Technologies and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California San Diego.
- Diffenderfer is the medical device solutions business unit president for Europe and has been with Trelleborg for 11 years. He previously worked at Summit Energy Services, holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University.
- Ehlert is the medical device solutions business unit president for the Americas and started at Trelleborg in 2019. Previously, he worked at Ecolab and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
- Gritz is the vice president of human resources and joined Trelleborg earlier this year. Previously she worked at Medtronic and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
- Necoechea is the medical device solutions operations business unit president and has been with Trelleborg since 2021. Before that he worked at Essilor Luxottica and Lincoln Electric. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
- Oliveira is the vice president of finance, information technology and business control and started with Trelleborg this year. He previously worked at Energizer, Mondelez and Procter & Gamble and has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the Catholic University of Portugal.
- Tan is the operations president for APAC, has been with Trelleborg since 2001 and previously worked at Hercules Rubber. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
- Tricarico is the director of information technology and has been with Trelleborg for ten years. He previously held positions at Lafarge and IBM and has an associate degree from Sheridan College and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Athabasca University in Canada.
