Nordson Corp.’s Polymer Processing Systems (PPS) division, a global supplier of polymer and fluid coating die systems, pelletisers, and melt delivery systems, has announced a major expansion of its sales agent network in South America and Scandinavia in an effort to boost global support for its EDI extrusion and fluid coating die customers.

“These partnerships in Colombia, Brazil, and Denmark will enable us to enhance our customers’ experience and take advantage of the capabilities of these plastics sales and technical service companies,” said Kelly Harings, senior manager, commercial sales & marketing for Nordson’s EDI product line. “Our primary goal is to deliver consistent products and reliable service and support to our customers.”
In São Paolo, Brazil, Implastic Comércio Internacional LTDA will represent the Nordson range of extrusion die products. The company already represents another Nordson brand - the BKG melt filtration product line. Implastic brings more than 30 years of experience in plastics processing, representing leading suppliers of extruders, systems for UV curing, monitoring, inspection, measurement, printing, and other processes.
In South America, Nordson also announced that Bernal Industrial, based in El Paso, Texas, has expanded its territory beyond Mexico into Colombia. Bernal represents Nordson’s extrusion die and fluid coating die lines along with the BKG melt filtration product offering. Bernal is a family-owned company that has delivered technical expertise and equipment solutions for 28 years, representing leading global brands of processing machines and components.
In Scandinavia, Nordson’s new agent, Northern Grafics, will represent the extrusion die product line in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
“Northern Grafics brings extensive experience in the packaging industry as the representative in Scandinavia for a wide range of leading manufacturers,” said Dominic Hohensinn-Pintar, sales manager., EAME for Nordson’s EDI product line. “They will serve as a valuable resource for Scandinavian producers, providing high-quality services and customised equipment solutions, particularly for the flexible packaging market.”
