Global technology and manufacturing company Emerson will be hosting a ‘lunch-and-learn’ event to demonstrate the latest in Branson Plastic welding technology.
Tom Hoover, Emerson’s business development segment manager (medical) will begin the event with an introduction and overview, presenting the full range of Branston technology and products – including ultrasonic and clean laser technology.
Attendees will also have access to a preview of Branson’s latest product, the Brans on GSX Ultrasonic plastic welding system, a solution specifically designed to address medical industry demands for joining miniaturised parts with embedded electronics.
Tarick Walton, Emerson’s global product manager, ultrasonics, said: “The new Branson GSX System leverages major advances in actuation and control to help medical manufacturers achieve a process that’s superior in consistency and repeatability. Its advanced user interface offers selectable, tuneable actuation force controls, ergonomically designed to enable set up and optimisation of the GSX system in minutes, not hours or days.”
The lunch-and-learn event will take place on Wednesday 6 February. MD&M West takes place from 5-7 February at Anaheim Convention Center, California.
