Dow Corning’s two new LSRs can be used in products for respiratory care, external communicating, wearable monitoring and other medical device components.
The company’s news selective-adhesion LSR enables the combination of silicone onto resin substrates like copolyester. With a fast cure at low temperatures, the translucent material provides durable, primerless adhesion to copolyester.
Dow Corning’s two new low-temperature cure LSRs have broad process windows, low injection pressures, improved rheology and fast cure rates at low temperatures.
