Arterex, a global medical device developer and contract manufacturer, has appointed three new additions to its leadership team serving all of the Arterex locations worldwide.

Holly MacTaggart joins Arterex as vice president, human resources & ESG, Jim Bennett as senior vice president, quality and regulatory affairs, and Oscar Jara as vice president, information technology.
Holly MacTaggart brings Arterex over 25 years’ experience leading and developing human resources teams. Her knowledge spans industries from service to manufacturing with considerable experience supporting global site operations. MacTaggart’s experience includes public and private sector companies in both profit and non-profit industries, including previous positions at United States Glove Company, Metrica and Acelity. Most recently, she was chief human resource officer for United States Glove Company where she led her team in a buildout of company operations across the US.
MacTaggart will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management, environmental, social and governance programmes, and stakeholder engagement. She will direct activities related to employee benefits, process improvement, and human resources to support Arterex's growth, innovation, and sustainability goals.
Jim Bennett joins Arterex as senior vice president, quality and regulatory affairs with a background in the field spanning over 3 decades, most recently holding the same leadership position with Providien Medical. Bennett’s experience also includes VP operations at multiple organisations including Dynaroll and PEDI – both Providien Medical companies. His expertise includes cross-functional team leadership and process improvement within the medical device industry.
Bennett’s role will contribute to the success of building the Arterex business platform and managing Arterex’s quality strategy in support of meeting the customers’ quality requirements presently and in the future.
Oscar Jara, Arterex’s new vice president, information technology (IT) will assume IT responsibility for all Arterex locations. He will develop, plan, and implement an IT strategy that continues to meet the Arterex’s business and customers’ IT needs, deliver optimal investment returns, and maintain utmost security.
Jara has led a wide array of technology initiatives. His expertise spans organisational acquisitions, cloud migrations, enterprise software architecture, resilient network infrastructures, robust cybersecurity measures, compliance, and enterprise project portfolio management. He will further develop existing yet already efficient policies and procedures, crafting comprehensive roadmaps, ensuring a strong network and cybersecurity, and implementing leading technology infrastructure.
Oscar was previously Director, IT Technology with Nammo Talley, an international aerospace and defense company. Additionally, Oscar has held positions with Northrup Grumman and Microchip Technologies.
