With over 100 UK industry players already signed up, the Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI) has announced that its flagship UK Pavilion at the Arab Health Exhibition & Congress is set to nearly double the amount of space taken at the 2022 show.
The UK’s leading HealthTech trade body will once again be delivering the UK’s biggest Pavilion of health technology companies at the four-day exhibition, the largest event of its kind in the Middle East. The ABHI UK Pavilion has been a staple of Arab Health for nearly two decades and each year plays host to a diverse mix of UK companies, hospitals and national partners, who all supply a range of high-quality HealthTech and healthcare services.
Michelle Michelucci, international manager, ABHI, said: “We are incredibly proud to lead the biggest Pavilion of UK HealthTech innovators at the world-famous Arab Health Exhibition, with next year’s stand set to be even bigger and better. The UK brand is incredibly well respected in the Middle East, and Arab Health represents a prime opportunity for UK innovators to connect with procurement professionals from across the region to support patient care. We look forward to delivering an enhanced programme of activity at next year’s show, all designed to help our companies boost their profile and connect with more global partners.”
The 2023 show will see ABHI ramp up its programme of activity, with the trade association partnering with the UK’s Department for International Trade to present a week-long programme of live surgical demonstrations and thought leadership presentations. To bring this activity to a virtual audience, all simulations will be livestreamed on the UK Healthcare Pavilion, which will also spotlight the companies in attendance with all exhibitors profiled on the site.
In addition, next year’s event will see the publication of the first-ever UK Healthcare Pavilion Magazine at Arab Health, the result of an exclusive partnership between ABHI and Clinical Services Journal, who will produce a dedicated UK show guide featuring a directory of UK exhibitors, news and features on the best of UK innovation, interviews with key opinion leaders, all four devolved nations and UK Government, and including the programme of activity for the show.
A fixture of the international calendar, Arab Health represents a huge opportunity for UK healthcare manufacturers and providers to showcase the very best of talent and innovation to a global audience. The event attracts over 3,000 exhibitors from 70 countries, and each year brings together regional and international healthcare professionals along with the biggest names in the healthcare industry to network and do business across four days.
