At this year’s MD&M East, co-founder of Apple Steve Wozniak will take to the stage to deliver the show’s keynote event.

The event, which is taking place 13-15 June 2017 in New York is comprised of six expos and is the East coast’s largest advanced design and manufacturing show.
The technology icon will discuss a range of topics that span his experience Apple, as well as today’s leading tech trends such as robotics, IOT, wearables and Big Data.
The keynote event, titled ‘A Conversation with Steve Wozniak’ will take place on the first day of the show at 12pom local time.
“I am really looking forward to speaking at UBM’s annual Advanced Design and Manufacturing event in New York. This seems to be the conference when it comes to innovation and design within the manufacturing field,” said Wozniak. “During my session on June 13th, I look forward to offering insight into emerging trends in technology and how those may impact design and manufacturing.”
Wozniak first began his career in 1976 alongside Steve Jobs when they founded Apple with Wozniak’s Apple I computer. Since then Wozniak has been recognised as a silicon valley icon and philanthropist and has focused on computer capabilities in schools and encouraging hands-on learning. In 2014 he was awarded the Hoover Medal, an honour given for outstanding extra-career services by engineers to humanity.
