Head to Eastman’s booth at MD&M West if you’re interested in polymers for medical devices and systems
At booth 2407 Eastman is showcasing its portfolio of offerings for medical use, including its Tritan copolyester, Eastalite copolyester, Eastar 6763, Tritan copolyester MP100 and Eastman 168 SG non-phthalate plasticiser.
The company said that these materials can make lasting improvements to medical devices, packaging and systems.
The Tritan copolyester MXF121 that Eastman is exhibiting at the show is an opaque polymer that offers chemical resistance, sterilisation stability and toughness in hand-held and other electronic medical device housings.
The company is also showing its packaging portfolio which includes its rigid medical packaging portfolio, Eastalite copolyester which was launched at MD&M West in 2014 as the company’s first opaque offering.
