This year MEDTEC Europe will include live 3D printing demonstrations showing how a scan from a blueprint can make a tailor-made prostatic for an amputee.
Working with Fraunhofer-Institut the demonstrations which are free to all registered visitors, will then fit the printed prostatic to an amputee at the show.
Fraunhofer IPA Biomechatronic Systems will also be running presentations throughout the day on what can be achieved in the world of prosthetics. Along with Markident showing what 3D printers can do in the world of medical.
